The Pavilions

This has been a favourite drinking zone for locals for a long time now. What were once a collection of shop units, consisting of shoemakers, tailors etc. eventually left, leaving empty shells awaiting further use. And then, naturally, seeing the potential of the area, they were bought up by savvy people who turned them into bars. The area, just through the gate from ul. Nowy Świat 22, is a ramshackle collection of almost 20 dive bars, offering a stark comparison in low beer prices just mere metres away from the tourist strip where a pint may cost you double what you pay here! We love it.
