People in the countryside have always been resourceful and flexible and the Šilc family are living proof of that. Their naturally dried home-made egg pasta is made with a great deal of creativity and desire for good taste and health (the pasta does not contain colourants or preservatives). Ask them about their tomato spaghetti, spinach fusilli or buckwheat wide noodles. Their pasta has been awarded the title Art and Craft Slovenia.
