This Way Mural

Created in 2012 by Ukrainian artist Wulfius Dmytro and a group of local children from GPAS, an association for teaching and animation. The mural was the brainchild of the 'This way' initiative, aimed at engaging local citizens with their environment, all as part of celebrations for Euro 2012 (held in Poland and Ukraine). The mural, and initiative, was funded by the city authorities, and the project realised by the Vlep[v]net Foundation. Quite a contrast of murals in this area, as this one was community focused, while the one directly across from it called 'Ania' was part of an advertising campaign for a well known burger chain - clue: crazy clown.
