A pub for lovers of all things ‘pubby’, The Smithfield Tavern manages to show that craft beer isn’t only about ill-fitting fashion, designer dogs and questionable moustaches. The staff are great and the beer is even better, in a relaxed environment tailor made for forgetting how many you’ve had. There are also board games and live music to entertain as the beer flows. Two thumbs up.
