The Velenje Tourist Information Centre (TIC Velenje) is in Villa Bianca and is overseen by the Šaleška Valley Tourist Board (ZTŠD). TIC collects and disseminates information on tourist attractions, cultural and sporting events, cuisine, and all lodging options in Velenje, the SAŠA region, and Slovenia for domestic and international visitors and citizens.
