City of Design

Designed under the motto of city within a house, the rooms named after different countries bring into fancy the idea of house sharing. We salute the factory vibe and general boldness of constructing everything from walls to furniture with plain, identical cardboard boxes. The random photos and hanging puppet remind of decadence meeting high fashion, allowing us to see it as a versatile space for a great variety of social and cultural happenings. The halls and streets pay homage to memorable slovene architects and add a touch of cultural appreciation to the space that once housed the Mladinska knjiga printing facilities.
