One of Wrocław's most original venues, Nietota is a place for artsy discourse, self-destructive decadence, and debauchery. An awful lot of time has gone into the decor, with almost every surface - including the tables, bar, walls, and ceiling - covered in highly-illustrative original artwork by local artist and set designer Michał Hrisulidis, whose darkly cross-hatched and contorted characters with flayed flesh evoke a caustic post-war grotesque that wouldn't look out of place as the art on a Tool album. The result is a creepy-cool Nachtkabarett atmosphere where performers regularly take the stage between weekend DJ nights for jam sessions, rock concerts, theatre, stand-up and more. Completely unique in style and vibe, the cocktails are exceptional and there are plenty of beers to choose from.
