Unfortunately for beach enthusiasts, swimming in Wrocław's stretch of the Oder River is a no-no, despite how enticing the water looks on a hot summer day. To combat this, BASEN Beach Bar set up a small but fairly deep pool for patrons to safely cool off in; add some lemonade, watermelon drinks, craft beer, and lounge chairs, and your summertime relaxation zone is ready. Snacks in the form of flatbread pizza, quesadillas, and nachos are also available. For a subtle change of scenery, check out Stara Odra Beach Bar on the opposite bank of the river.
