This classic milk bar, the name of which translates to 'Seagull' in English, is the real deal. Inside you'll find everyone from students and pensioners to tramps and penniless travellers just happy to have a hot meal at scandalously cheap prices. The menu absolutely lacks imagination and has not changed in 25 years. If you're not sure what to do (run?), just order barszcz (beetroot soup), pierogi ruskie (potato and onion) and point at the side salad of your choice. We challenge you to have a competition with your friends to see who can spend the least amount of money on a three-course meal here.
