Interesting and casual bar/kitchen taking its inspiration from the cuisine of countries situated around the Pacific coastline. The interior blends elements of Mexican dive bars, tacky 1980’s South American holiday resort diners, fiddly little ethnic design features and bright, pastel coloured paintwork. The menu plays host to a range of colourful, home-style dishes rooted in the traditions of far-flung lands like Peru, Hawaii, Korea, Thailand and Mexico. The bar prides itself on its vast range of tequilas and mezcal (currently stocking over 30 different brands). Sample those dangerous spirits either as shots, or in one of their exotic cocktail mixes. As expected, the hip crowd have made it their new home from home as they lounge around debating whether the ceviche is as good as the dish they had during last summer’s sandboarding trip to Huacachina.
