This large, 4-story grain mill in Ustrzyki Dolne (also home to the Museum of Milling) is the perfect place to try traditional Podkarpackie cuisine. The rustic, historic setting, full of timber, brick and agricultural artefacts, has been a tavern since the 19th century and continues to serve guests today. Drop in for a beer or coffee after a day on the trails, but don't miss the chance to try authentic local specialties like kisełycie - a sauerkraut soup, and hryczanyki - cutlets made from minced meat and buckwheat groats. Want to know how they're made? Sign up for one of their culinary workshops and starting making your own regional dishes.
