Od Nowa (ENG: From New) Winery is a small, young vineyard ideally situated by a forest and lake area, 50km north-west of Zielona Góra. The winery's specialty is a milder sparkling wine with a pleasant fruity aroma and light refreshing taste, achieved by following the traditional method of hand-picking selected grapes. From New's first bottles showed up for sale at the 2019 Zielona Góra Wine Festival. Currently, the owners are able to organise wine tasting and talk about its production for groups of up to 12 with a prior reservation. However, they are making efforts to increase its capacity, so that more visitors can participate. Children are welcome. The winery has no restaurant or accommodation.
