Before Food Market was the first open concept weekend food market of its kind in Poland. It was a unique place and gorgeous space that features around 20 small restaurants representing cuisine from all around the world spread out over 500 sq. meters in a post-industrial warehouse located at Piotrkowska 217. Each chef serves up signature dishes from their respective restaurants featuring everything from Spanish, Japanese, Hungarian, Indian, Jewish and traditional Polish cuisine from the Łódź Region. There’s also a tasting menu available. The long central common table plus a drink bar, wine bar and live music all work to create a fantastic lively atmosphere. It's not called 'Before' for nothing as it is the perfect meeting point where day meets night!
