Set in the vaulted chambers of the Middle Castle the Piwniczka combines fireplaces and stained glass with a menu that compliments the noble surrounds. The food here is frequently excellent, and that’s particularly true if you enjoy your plate piled high with meat. On sunnier days pop out to their garden on the riverside of the walls and relax in the shade of the castle where a steak dish and cold beer taste just that bit better.
