Underground Tourist Route in Jarosław

Another route like the Underground Tourist Passage, the Underground Tourist Route is a unique attraction created as a result of a renovation operation lasting almost 40 years, during which, thanks to the heroic efforts of many people - including scientists from Kraków's University of Mining & Metallurgy (AGH) and miners from Bytom - they managed to save Jarosław's Old Town from destruction. The route is located in a carefully selected fragment of the city's underground network. The chambers and corridors on display, which in the 16th and 17th centuries served as a storage place for goods during the famous Jarosław fairs, were preserved and adapted. Tours are only possible with a guide and take place once an hour (minimum 5 people); call in advance for larger groups and special requirements.
