The British Council in Ljubljana is no longer open to the public (although fortunately it's extensive collection of English books can still be enjoyed if you've got a membership to the City Library). The organisation is also still active in the arts, helping to organise various events and happenings, and is also the place to take official English language exams if you wish to study or work abroad.
