One of Gdynia's main burial grounds is notable for being the last resting place of Gdynia's first post-communist president - Franciszka Cegielska and also as where some of the victims of Poland's worst peacetime maritime disaster - the sinking of the MS Heweliusz ferry in 1993 were laid to rest.
